Connie will teach you to cook 4 Indonesian dishes namely:
- Soto Bobor Kraton (soup with prawns, maize & spinach)
- Ajam Paniki (spicy chicken in coconut-based sauce)
- Babi Rica Rica (pork in a spicy sauce of chillies, ginger, lemon grass & lime leaves) and
- Sambal Goreng Buncis Telor (green beans & boiled eggs in a coconut based sauce)
After the four dishes have been prepared we sit down and enjoy your self- prepared Indonesian meal with a bottle (or two) of Vondeling wine. Very limited space available – book now!
